ALIENATION
BA-Collection 2019
Fashions and trends create a social dispositif that has an unspoken yet omnipresent influence on the subjective expression of the individual's vestimental self-dramatisation. Insofar as the intuitively chosen clothing practice of the individual evades collective assignability in whole or in part, the subject becomes alienated - first in the objective rejection by the community, then in the rejection of himself/herself following adaptation. The boundaries, hybrids and transfer areas of this theme are the starting point of the ALIENATION collection.
